Being an organisation or manager, you want information about how your organisation is doing learning wise. Using the My Team Dashboard you always have direct insight into the current situation. How far is everyone? How do my users learn? Who doesn't meet the qualifications? We provide you with realtime insight.

In My Team, various pages with Learning Analytics are distinguished. Read below to learn what you can see on each of these different pages.

Overview

When you click on My Team on the left in the menu bar, you'll first see an overview. We help you as a manager to focus on the right things. We do this by providing you with a smart to-do-list. We tell you, for example, that Jim hasn't met his deadline, that Mary still hasn't scheduled her exam or that Michael is behind on schedule so you should motivate him a little.

In addition, in the general overview, you can see the development of your team, how many users are qualified/not qualified/almost not qualified anymore, and how much activity there has been in your online academy over the past weeks or months.

Team members

We provide you with insights about your entire team, as well as individuals. In the overview, you can see how an individual user is performing and which activities, playlists, and certifications they are enrolled in.

Learning activities

Under Learning activities, you will find an overview of all active learning activities in your online academy. Here, you can see the number of users enrolled and the overall progress of all these users. When you click on a specific learning activity, you can view the users who are enrolled and their exact progress.

Learning Playlists

Here you will find a comprehensive overview of all Learning Playlists in your online academy. You can see the number of users enrolled and the overall progress of all these users. When you click on a specific Learning Playlist, you can view the users who are enrolled and their exact progress.

Qualifications
In this tab, you will find the qualifications within your online academy. Here, you can see the number of users working towards their qualificatons and which users are qualified or not.

Approvals

Here, you can see if there are any pending approvals for your users. This is where you review requests from the Library or submitted assignments, for example. You can learn more about approvals in this article.
