We monthly share the new features in our platform via What's New.

A big update in our UX, new learning forms and an improved report - July was a busy month. We put a lot of updates live and we've renewed and expanded the Hupber platform considerably! We gladly take you by the hand and show you the most important updates!

1. UX Update

We worked hard on a big update of the User Experience (UX) of the platform. The improvements are mainly visible in the admin part. An overview of the most important developments:


New buttons, better use of space and improved interaction

We renewed all our buttons, icons and menus. The new design makes the hub clearer, so you can see better what the most important actions are and how you can directly continue. Moreover, the new design makes logical use of the space and has more white spaces, which results in a calmer image. The interactions in the hub are also improved, think of the transferring of elements on the page or confirming the actions. And last but not least - the platform has become faster!


👋 Bye pop-ups!

We said goodbye to many of the pop-ups. We monitored the processes and user flows attentively and improved them. When you before would've gotten a pop-up, you'll now continue to a new page or an overlay appears from the right, as can be seen in this example 👇. This way we made the platform clearer and more spacious.

Warehouse is renewed!

We've renewed our content management system, Warhouse, completely. There's a new interface to search, create and edit content. The focus of the redesign mainly lies on creating a nice and clear hub in which you can create content. Moreover, we made the difference between meta-data and the actual content more visible. This results in the experience of the content creator being even closer to the experience of the user.

2. New learning forms

We find a diversity of teaching resources and content forms very important. That's why we're continuously busy adding more content forms to Hubper. The recent month we've added two new forms and more will follow in the upcoming month!

  • Audio
    From now on it's possible to add audio fragments to e-learning modules. Ideal to add fragments of a customer's conversations or to offer content in various forms to your users.

  • Podcast Channels
    It was already possible to add individual podcast episodes to Hubper, but from now on it's possible to add complete channels. You easily browse through all podcasts that are offered worldwide, and you select a channel. Users can follow and listen to the podcast in Hubper, the podcast can be found in the library and can be part of learning playlists!

3. Report for resellers

Hubper is used a lot by educators who offer their content to various customers. In our reseller model you can easily offer 1 source content in customer-specific portals. In this way, you offer you customers their own hub with their look & feel and separate customer data, while maintaining the ease of managing content from 1 central spot.

Being an educator it will be possible from now on to generate reports of all your customer hubs at once. So, you can directly generate reports from all subscriptions of a certain period from various customers. You decide which columns are incorporated into the report.
