We automatically send emails to users at various moments, for example, an invitation for users and admins or when a new activity is assigned to a user. These emails are already there for you in your online academy by default, but you're free to edit parts of the content.
This is how you edit the emails
Click on 'Settings' on the left in the menu bar and then on 'Mail'. You see all the emails that are being sent on the right, both to users and admins. When you click on the little pen, you can edit the mail.
You can also add multiple languages. The language you've assigned to your user is also the language in which the emails are sent. A part of the email is generated by us, the rest can be edited. The part we generate automatically changes into the language that's assigned to the user.
