  2. The employee responds by clicking on the answers. 
  3. Based on the answers, each user follows its own path. This response paths can be set in advance when creating the questionnaire. It allows the employee, based on his answers, to skip the irrelevant questions. 
  4. At the end the tool sets the whole qualification profile together. Based on approval, the qualification profile appears in the profile of the users. For example, the qualification profile of 'Mortgage Consultant'.
